Estimates provided in response are indicative and based on the information supplied. The final price is set in a detailed proposal once requirements are clarified.

Services are charged on an hourly basis at €50 per hour, excluding VAT, and the value of a project follows from the number of hours estimated for each module. Any expansion of scope is estimated separately and approved in writing before work begins.

Detailed commercial terms — milestones, deadlines and payment arrangements — are set out in the proposal and contract for each project.

The content of this website — text, structure, graphic elements and code — belongs to Divas Web Design SRL or is used under licence. Reproduction in whole or in part without written consent is not permitted.

For projects delivered to clients, rights in the deliverables transfer in accordance with the contract, ordinarily upon payment in full.

We are not liable for losses arising from the use of information published on this site. The site is provided as it stands, without any warranty of uninterrupted availability.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably and, failing agreement, by the competent courts in Romania. Consumers in the European Union may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
