Booking systems built around how your venue actually runs
Tables, rooms, courts and events in one system, connected to payments, to your POS and to the people who have to act on each booking.
Most hospitality businesses run bookings across a phone, a notebook and three platforms that each take a commission. We build the system that replaces all of it and keeps the customer relationship with you.
Phone, social messages, email, a booking platform and people walking in. Someone has to reconcile all of it into one diary, by hand.
A double booking on a Saturday evening costs the table, the review and the returning customer.
02
You pay commission on your own customers
Platforms bring the booking and take a cut, and the guest data stays with them. You cannot market to people who have already chosen you once.
03
The kitchen or the front desk finds out late
The booking exists in a system nobody on the floor is watching. Preparation starts when the guest arrives instead of before.

The guest data stays yours
No commission on repeat bookings and no platform holding your customer list.
What you get
What a hospitality booking system includes.
Not a calendar with a form on top. An operational system that the whole venue works from.
Availability rules that match realityCapacity by area, turn times, service windows, minimum party size, blackout dates and seasonal rules.
Multi-resource bookingTables, rooms, courts, lanes or equipment, each with their own rules and their own calendar.
Online booking on your own siteFast, mobile-first, with no redirect to a third-party platform.
Deposits and prepaymentCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with configurable rules per slot or per party size.
Automated confirmations and remindersEmail and SMS, timed to reduce no-shows rather than to fill an inbox.
A floor and kitchen viewBookings and orders on a screen the team actually watches, updating live.
Guest recordsHistory, preferences, allergies, no-show rate — visible to whoever takes the next booking.
Ordering and payment at the tableWhere it applies: the guest orders on their phone and the order reaches the kitchen instantly.
ReportingOccupancy, no-show rate, revenue per slot, peak analysis.
IntegrationsPOS, invoicing, channel managers and payment providers, where they expose an API.
Training and handoverA session with the people who will run it during service.

Process
Five steps, built around a real service.
01
We watch a service
How bookings arrive, who handles them, what breaks on a busy evening. Rules written from observation, not from assumption.
02
Rules and proposal
Capacity, turn times, deposit policy and exceptions, with estimated hours per module.
03
Prototype
The booking flow and the floor view, before development. Your team tries them and we adjust.
04
Build and integrations
Bookings, payments, notifications and connections to your POS or channel manager, tested end to end.
05
Launch and a supported first month
We stay close through the first busy period, when the real edge cases show up.
How we build
Built for a Saturday evening, not for a demo.
A booking system is judged at the worst moment: full house, three simultaneous requests and a member of staff who has thirty seconds. Everything we build is shaped by that constraint.
Premium solution
Your rules, your system
Every venue has rules that no generic platform models properly: the corner table that seats six but only before eight, the courts that book in ninety-minute blocks except at weekends, the rooms that need a two-night minimum in season. We build the rules you actually operate by, rather than asking you to work around someone else's.
Fast under pressureThe floor view updates live and responds instantly. Slow software gets abandoned during service.
No double bookingsAvailability is calculated server side, with locking, so two people cannot take the same slot.
Deposits that cut no-showsConfigurable per slot, per party size or per season. Usually the single biggest revenue gain.
Connected to the floorKitchen screen, front desk, POS. The booking reaches whoever has to act on it.
Your guest list stays yoursNo commission on repeat bookings and no platform between you and your customer.
Grows with the venueA second location, a new area or a new booking type does not mean a new system.
At Maramureș Padel Club we built the full ordering and payment system: guests order from the table, pay on their phone with Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the order lands instantly on the kitchen screen. No paper, no manual entry.
Worth knowing: if you take fewer than a handful of bookings a day, a subscription platform is cheaper and we will tell you so. This makes sense when volume, rules or commission costs justify owning the system.
Ordering at the table
Order and pay on the phone
A QR code at the table, the menu on the guest's phone, payment with Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the order on the kitchen screen within seconds.
Suited to high-turnover venues and to anywhere staff time at the table is the bottleneck.
Memberships and packages
Recurring revenue
Subscriptions, prepaid packs of sessions and recurring bookings, with automatic renewal and usage tracking.
Suited to sports venues, studios and anywhere guests come back weekly.
Multi-venue management
One system, several locations
Shared guest records with per-venue rules, capacity and reporting, plus a group-level view.
Suited to groups where a guest at one location should be recognised at another.

Our rule: Platforms are a reasonable place to start and a poor place to stay. Once commission on your own repeat customers exceeds what a system would cost to build, owning it stops being a preference and becomes arithmetic.
Operations
The measure is what happens on your busiest night.
Booking software is not judged by its features. It is judged by whether the team still uses it when the venue is full and everything is going wrong at once.
No-show rate
Before and after deposits. Usually the clearest financial gain.
Occupancy per slot
Where you are turning people away and where you are sitting empty.
Time to take a booking
If it is slower than the notebook, the team will go back to the notebook.
Repeat guest rate
Only measurable once the guest data is yours.
A concrete example: at Maramureș Padel Club the order reaches the kitchen screen the moment the guest pays, removing the walk to the till and the handwritten ticket entirely.
We work on an hourly rate: €50 per hour, excluding VAT. The price comes from the number of estimated hours rather than from a fixed package. You receive a proposal in which each module carries its estimated hours and cost, so you can decide what goes into phase one.
Is this an off-the-shelf product?
No. This is a system built around how your organisation already works. We start from your workflow, your rules and your existing software, then build what fits. That is why it costs more than a subscription tool — and why people actually use it.
How long does it take to build?
A restaurant or sports venue system takes 8–12 weeks. Hotels and multi-venue groups take 10–16 weeks. We deliver in modules, so online booking can go live before the reporting and membership layers are finished.
Can it replace the booking platform we pay commission to?
That is usually the point. The system handles direct bookings from your own site, your phone line and your social channels, with no commission and with the guest data staying yours. Many venues keep a platform for discovery and move repeat customers to direct booking.
Do deposits really reduce no-shows?
Materially, yes, particularly on peak slots and larger parties. We make the policy configurable — you can require a deposit only on Friday and Saturday evenings, or only above a certain party size — so you are not adding friction where you do not need it.
Can it connect to our POS?
If your POS exposes an API, yes. We connect bookings, orders and payments so the floor team works in one place. Where an API is not available, we look at the alternatives with you before estimating anything.
What happens if the internet goes down during service?
We design for it. The floor view keeps showing the last known state, bookings queue locally where the device allows it, and the system reconciles when the connection returns. We also agree a paper fallback with your team at handover.
Can we take bookings for several locations?
Yes. One system with per-venue rules, capacity and reporting, plus shared guest records so someone who books at one location is recognised at another.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do. Code, database, guest records and integrations. You can move it to different hosting or to a different developer at any time.

What would you like us to build?
You can pick more than one.
Tell us how your venue runs.
You do not need a specification. Describe a busy service, where bookings come from and what goes wrong. We reply with what we would build, in what order and with the estimated hours.
