Services · all in one team

Digital services that connect to each other

Brand, website, online store, marketing, software and automation. Nine services, designed as parts of the same system.

Most companies buy these services separately, from different suppliers, and then pay the difference in manual work and mismatched data. We build them together from the start.

We reply the same working day. No obligation.

Nine services, three directions.

Each can be taken on its own. Together, they form the digital system of the company.

Situations

Where to start, if you do not know what you need.

01

You need to be found and chosen

You have no site, or one that no longer represents the company. You start with the brand and the website, because everything else is built on top of them.

Without a correct foundation, any promotion budget brings traffic to a place that does not convert.

02

You have the basics, but not enough customers

The site is fine, but too few people reach it. You start with marketing and SEO, in parallel.

03

You sell well, but the team works by hand

Orders are processed manually, data is entered several times, systems do not talk. You start with integrations and automation.

How it connects

Separate services cost more than they appear to.

Every service can be bought from someone else. The difference is not in the quality of each piece, but in what happens between them.

The core argument

One system

A site built without knowing where traffic comes from, a campaign pointing at a weak page, or automation layered over a badly designed process are all money wasted — however well each piece is made. That is why we always start from how things connect, rather than from the list of deliverables.

  • The brand reaches the interfaceThe identity does not stay in a PDF. It becomes the real components in the site and in your materials.
  • The site is built for search from day oneTechnical SEO from the start, not added after launch when it costs three times as much.
  • Campaigns point at pages that convertWe optimise the destination alongside the ad. That is where most money is lost.
  • The store talks to your stock systemStock, prices, invoices and shipping labels in one flow, with no copying of data.
  • Automation sits on clean processesFirst we simplify the workflow, then we automate it. The other way round just makes chaos expensive.
  • Everything stays maintainedMaintenance covers the whole system, not only the website.

Our client relationships average more than three years, and around 70% of new projects come from referrals. Both come from the fact that we do not stop at delivery.

Worth knowing: you do not have to take every service at once. Most engagements start with one and grow as results appear.

Start with one

The most common route

A website, a campaign or an integration. We take it to production, measure it, and only then discuss the next step.

Suited when you want to test us before a larger commitment.

A phased project

When the direction is clear

Several components, planned from the start and delivered in the order that brings the most value, rather than the order that is easiest to build.

Suited to repositioning or to launching new business lines.

A funded project

With EU or national grants

Components structured around approved milestones, with the technical documentation needed for the application and for reporting.

Suited when you have or are preparing a digitalisation grant.

Our rule: We are not arguing that you must buy every service from us. We are arguing that, whoever builds them, they have to be designed together. If you already have a good supplier for one component, we integrate with them — we have done it many times.

Benefits

One point of contact

You are not coordinating three suppliers who blame each other when something breaks.

Components that connect

The site knows about the campaigns, the campaigns know about stock, stock knows about your management system.

Unified measurement

One set of data rather than separate reports that never quite match.

You own everything you pay for

Code, accounts, domains, data. You can continue with anyone, at any time.

Process

How any project runs.

01

Analysis

We learn the business and the current workflows. Without that, any recommendation is guesswork.

02

Proposal in modules

A detailed proposal with estimated hours and a timeline for each part. You choose what goes into phase one.

03

Build

We deliver in working stages. You see the result as it happens, not only at the end.

04

Launch

We go live, measure, and train the team who will use the system.

05

Ongoing development

We stay after launch: monitoring, optimisation and extension.

Projects

We do not promise. We demonstrate.

Frequently asked questions

How is the price set?

We work on an hourly rate: €50 per hour, excluding VAT. The price of a project comes from the estimated hours, presented module by module. You choose what goes into the first phase and what waits.

Do I have to take every service?

No. Most engagements start with one — usually a website, a campaign or an integration. We grow as results appear. We would not recommend otherwise: a project that is too large from the start is hard to measure.

Where should I start?

It depends on where you are stuck. If you are not found or not chosen, start with branding and the website. If you have the basics but not enough customers, start with marketing and SEO. If you sell well but the team works by hand, start with integrations and automation.

Will you work alongside our current supplier?

Yes, it happens often. If you already have a good agency on one component, we integrate with them. We are not interested in replacing someone who does good work — only in making the whole thing function.

How long does a project take?

A business website takes 2–4 weeks. An online store, 4–8. An integration with your stock system, 6–10. A bespoke platform, 8–16. Larger projects are delivered in modules, so the first components can be used early.

What happens after delivery?

We stay on for maintenance and continuous development. Our client relationships average more than three years, precisely because we do not stop at launch.

Do you work with grant-funded projects?

Yes, as the technical partner. We build the implementation and prepare the documentation for the application and for reporting, alongside your funding consultant.

Where are you based?

We have offices in Romania and in the Netherlands, and we work with companies across Europe, the UK and the United States. Conversations happen online, and we arrange in-person meetings when a project calls for it.
