About us · since 2014

An agency that grew alongside its clients

We started by building websites. Today we build systems: brand, website, marketing, software and automation, designed as one mechanism.

We did not set out to become a digitalisation agency. We got here because, project after project, clients asked us to fix what surrounded the website: stock that never updated, orders copied by hand, systems that did not talk to each other.

We reply the same working day. No obligation.

Situations

How we went from websites to systems.

2014

We started with websites

Business sites and online stores for local companies. Some of those first engagements are still in the portfolio today — a few of them running for more than eight years.

2018

We added marketing

Clients had good websites but not enough visitors. That is where the campaigns, SEO and content side came from, built around the same projects we had already delivered.

2022

We moved into processes

The question was no longer how to bring traffic, but why orders were still processed by hand. We started building integrations, internal platforms and automation — including with AI, wherever it genuinely saves time.

Benefits

We look at the whole picture

We do not treat the website, the marketing and the software separately. We understand the business before recommending a solution.

Everything in one team

Strategy, branding, UX/UI, marketing, development, automation and AI. No middlemen and no passing the blame.

A long-term partner

Most engagements run for years. We measure, improve and keep building.

A step ahead

We constantly test new technology and new ideas, so the businesses we work with do not fall behind.

Principles

Technology should serve the business, not the other way round.

Whether we are working on a brand, a website, a campaign, a platform or an automation, we follow the same four principles. They also determine what we refuse to build.

What guides us

Four principles

These are not values written for a company page. They are the criteria by which we choose a technology, decline a requirement, or advise a client not to spend on something they will not use.

  • ClearThe client and the team have to understand easily what we are building. If we cannot explain a solution simply, it is usually too complicated.
  • ConnectedMarketing, technology and data have to work together. An isolated system creates manual work rather than removing it.
  • ScalableWe build for the company you are today without limiting the company you will be tomorrow. Adding a component should not mean rewriting the others.
  • MeasurableIf we can measure the result, we can improve it. What cannot be measured usually is not worth building.
  • Honest estimatesWe tell you when a project is not worth doing, when a cheaper platform is enough, and when the deadline you are asking for is not realistic.
  • You own what you pay forCode, accounts, domains, data. You can continue with anyone, at any time. That obliges us to be good rather than merely convenient.

The site you are reading is built by us, on Next.js, static, with no maintenance-heavy plugins. We apply to ourselves what we recommend to clients.

Worth knowing: we are not the cheapest option on the market and we do not try to be. We work on an hourly rate with estimates by module, which obliges us to be efficient rather than to sell hours.

What we do differently

Compared with a classic agency

A classic agency delivers a site and moves on. We stay in the process: we measure what happened after launch, optimise and extend. That is why our client relationships average more than three years.

It shows most clearly with clients who went through three or four suppliers first.

What we do not do

Limits we accept

We do not secure grant funding, we do not produce video, we do not sell social posting packages without a strategy, and we do not build websites on purchased templates.

For anything we do not do, we recommend someone who does it well.

How we choose clients

We do not work with everyone

We prefer companies looking to build something for the long term, rather than projects where price is the only criterion. A badly chosen project costs both sides.

If we are not a fit, we say so at the first conversation, not after the proposal.

Our rule: The difference is not that we do more things, but that we design them together. A site built without knowing where traffic comes from, a campaign pointing at a weak page, or automation layered over a poor process are all wasted money — however well each piece is made on its own.

Process

How we work, whatever the project.

01

Analysis

We learn the business, the current workflows and where time or customers are lost. Without that, any recommendation is guesswork.

02

Proposal in stages

A detailed proposal, by module, with estimated hours and a timeline for each. You see exactly what you pay for and when.

03

Build

We work in deliverable stages. You see the result along the way, not only at the end.

04

Launch

We go live, measure, and train the team who will use the system daily.

05

Ongoing development

We stay after launch: monitoring, security, optimisation and extension as the company grows.

Sectors

No two companies are the same.

Manufacturing

Synchronisation between stock systems and sales channels, distributor portals, product configurators.

integrations and platforms

Healthcare

Clinic websites, booking systems with automated triage, calendars connected to the practice workflow.

platforms and AI

Retail and eCommerce

Online stores connected to stock, invoicing and carriers, with an optimised buying journey.

eCommerce and marketing

Professional services

Websites that generate enquiries, intent-based campaigns and automated scheduling.

web and marketing

Construction and property

Development showcases, interactive floor plans, availability updated in real time.

interactive platforms

Tourism and hospitality

Online bookings, table ordering with phone payment, orders sent straight to the kitchen.

What the companies we work with say.

As a brand built around adventure and authentic experiences, OffRoast worked with Divas to turn our online presence into a platform that reflects our values and the quality of our products. The site they developed brought a significant increase in customer interaction and online sales. The responsive design and intuitive navigation improved the user experience and reflect the professionalism and passion behind the OffRoast brand.

I work with Divas on the maintenance of three online stores, and the experience has been exceptional. After working with three or four suppliers who were slow and barely engaged, this team stands out through speed of response, professionalism and a level of commitment I rarely encounter. They understand what each project needs and implement it promptly and correctly, without me having to come back several times. They are exactly the technical partner you want when you need to rely on someone.

Working with Divas on the development and maintenance of the eTupperware site was one of the best decisions we made on the digital side. After several attempts with suppliers who either missed deadlines or did not understand our brand direction, we found a partner who is reliable, involved and consistently a step ahead. They are fast, they pay attention to detail and, most importantly, they understand what you need without endless explanations. Every request is handled seriously and promptly, and the results match.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of companies do you work with?

Small and mid-sized companies across Europe, the UK and the United States, in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, eCommerce, professional services, construction, tourism, education and hospitality. The common factor is not the sector but the moment: companies that have grown faster than the tools they work with.

Where are you based and do you only work locally?

We have offices in Romania and in the Netherlands. We work with companies across Europe, the UK and the United States. Conversations happen online, and we arrange in-person meetings when a project calls for it.

How big is the team?

Small enough that you speak directly to the people building your project, and large enough that it does not depend on a single person. Strategy, design, development, marketing and automation are all covered in house, without subcontracting.

How is the price set?

We work on an hourly rate: €50 per hour, excluding VAT. The price of a project comes from the estimated hours, presented module by module. We do not sell fixed packages, because two projects that look identical almost always require different effort.

Why choose you over a larger agency?

In a large agency, a mid-sized company project usually lands with the junior team. With us you speak directly to the people making the technical decisions. On the other hand, if you need national campaigns with six-figure monthly budgets, an agency of that scale is the right choice — and we will tell you so.

Will you take over projects started by someone else?

Yes, and it happens often. We run a technical audit first to see what can be kept, then tell you honestly whether it is worth continuing or rebuilding. We also take on projects left without support from a previous supplier.

What happens if I want to change agency?

You leave with everything: code, domains, ad accounts, data, documentation. We hold nothing hostage and we do not work in our own accounts. It is a position that obliges us to stay useful rather than merely present.

Do you work with grant-funded projects?

Yes, as the technical partner. We build the implementation and prepare the documentation needed for the application and for reporting, alongside your funding consultant.

How does an engagement start?

With a conversation in which you tell us what you sell, to whom and what is holding you back. You do not need to arrive with a specification or a solution in mind. We reply with what we recommend, why, and the estimated hours for each part.

What would you like us to build?

You can pick more than one.

Let us talk about your business.

You do not need to know what you need or which technology suits you. Tell us what you do, who you sell to and what is holding you back. We work out the rest together.
